Water and Greenery.
The image we share is the vibration of new life.
When he and she met, a brand-new moment was created.
It is as if the trees in the forest were intertwining, nurturing a single life together.
I can feel the same kind of vibration of life here on Yakushima Island.
It felt only natural to come up with this design.
The time on this Island always tells us important things.
We have been walking this long journey together.
I’m endlessly grateful for your consistent kindness.
Grateful in the Morning Breeze #YakushimaWeddingRingsStories
It has been about four years since I made their engagement ring.
And finally, we arrived at the place we had imagined.
With the completion of his wedding ring, we have created five pieces of jewelry together.
Those were inspirational days for me, filled with the happiness I received from them— a happiness that began a new life full of hope.
Thank you for always being there for me with such warmth.
So, this is the final place we had dreamed of.
Let’s share in the joy together.
In the gentle morning sunlight after the night rain.
I pick up the ring.
The emerald, the sapphire, and the morning dewdrops glisten as though echoing each other.
Beside them, a little blue flower blooms.
Here was the timeless scene of water and greenery.
The lines of yellow gold and platinum are pressed slightly flat, intertwining in a firm braid.
I can feel the solid weight of the two metals in my hands.
Each time I change the angle in my hand, the ring sparkles in a new way.
It was so delightful that I couldn’t help doing it again and again.
I just remembered the day we met in Kyoto in April.
It was a beautiful day with cherry blossoms all around the city.
California and Yakushima.
We live so far apart.
But I can feel a kind of bond that runs deep, a feeling of cherishing the natural mystic browing through the air.
Maybe our journey has just begun.
I am so happy these rings will gently stay with your life.
Congratulations on your wedding.
I hope we can meet again somewhere in the world, someday, and talk about this creation we shared together.
I made her wedding ring to match and flow with her engagement ring.
A Story of His Ring and the Seasons
We met in Kyoto when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
