The leaf ring and the flower ring come together in quiet harmony #YakushimaWeddingRingsStories

After a long stretch of work, I went to the beach at twilight.

I ran into the ocean and caught a few waves. The water was cool and incredibly refreshing!

There’s something truly special about watching Yakushima’s lush mountains from the sea.

I made her wedding band inspired by the leaf of the nanohana flower—the same flower that inspired her engagement ring.

Nanohana shows its charm in the soft, gentle feel of its leaves.

After the rain, at my favorite place, they are so lovely with raindrops.

Through this small ring, I wanted to share the happiness of discovering spring flowers.

The leaf ring and the flower ring fit together in harmony.

They are gently joined by rose gold granules, shaped like raindrops.

In the fresh green of May, they shone with a quiet light, as if they were singing.

Thinking of the two of them I met in Kyoto, and the time we spent creating the design together, I felt deeply moved.

Next, I’ll be setting some stones in the rose gold granules, but the finished ring is still a little while away—a quiet joy still to come.
