Especially in these days, it is raining so heavy at Yakushima-south where our studio is located.
I like such a rainy day.
As it rains heavy, I always stay in my studio and make jewelry all day long.
Because the sounds of rain makes me calm.
Today, I start to make wedding rings for Hugo and Aki who came to Shizuku Gallery from Hong Kong one mouth ago.
It was a day full of spring light.

silver white color, high contrast, hight durability.
And I can feel its weights certainly.
I prefer to use platinum for wedding rings because of its feeling of trust.
At first,
I made platinum soft with fire.
Put fire, bend, hit with hammer, and put fire…..
Progress goes on in the traditional way.
It’s not bad to spend plenty of time.
At the end of the day, beautiful ring had been appeared.
And I felt comfortable.
