夕暮れ時の光の中で、指輪が屋久島の緑の中に溶け込んでいるようだった。
ハンマー仕上げを終えて出来上がったばかりの結婚指輪。
手に取ると表面にキラキラと繊細な輝きが見えました。
お二人の暮らしの中で、
日々の手仕事で、
予期せぬ出来事があったり、
指輪を身につけていると、使ううちにプラチナの味わいがどんどん深まってゆくだろう。
もしかすると、小さな傷を見て昔の出来事を思い出したりして。。
そう考えると、
小さな指輪は大きな記憶そのもののようにも思えてきた。

In the evening light, the ring seemed to be blend with the green of Yakushima Island.
That wedding ring was just completed with hammered finish.
And I picked up the ring.
I saw it with delicate light on the surface.
With daily works.
Maybe with something unexpected incident.
Wearing rings for a long time will increase the charm of the platinum.
Perhaps, small clacks might tell us about the old stories.
Now That I think about it,
Small wedding ring seems to be big memory itself .
